Our Team
Two principals. Combined, more than 140 years in electronics manufacturing, advanced packaging, and global technology strategy.
Chuck Bauer has spent more than 30 years at the intersection of electronics manufacturing technology and global market development. With a doctorate from Stanford, he has led business development initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific — establishing relationships that cross organizational and cultural boundaries with equal ease.
Chuck co-founded the Pan Pacific Microelectronics Symposium, one of the premier forums connecting the Asia-Pacific electronics supply chain with the global industry. He is a Fellow of IMAPS, the international microelectronics society, and a recognized leader across the professional associations that shape the field.
Herb Neuhaus is a physicist and technologist with a Ph.D. from MIT and a career built at the boundary of rigorous technical analysis and practical application. He has co-authored dozens of conference papers covering advanced packaging, heterogeneous integration, nanomaterials, and IP landscape analysis — presented at IMAPS, SMTA, ICEP, IEEE ESTC, and Pan Pacific Microelectronics conferences worldwide.
A prolific inventor and recognized expert witness, Herb has provided technical analysis and testimony in high-stakes semiconductor patent litigation before the ITC and in federal proceedings. His combination of deep scientific training and manufacturing breadth makes him a trusted independent voice when the technical stakes are highest.
